  - MOKEN is an OEM factory. Guided by customer needs, we combine various application environments (such as temperature resistance, oil resistance, flame retardancy, electrical conductivity, damping and abrasion resistance, refrigerant resistance, insulation, etc.) and blueprints to design various rubber formulas, provide customized solutions, and support the full - process development from blueprints to mass production.

• 5. How are your company's products constructed? What specific materials are used?

  - The products are vulcanized and formed by a plate vulcanizing machine, and then undergo secondary vulcanization in various special ovens. The materials include EPDM (Ethylene - Propylene - Diene Monomer), NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), VMQ/Silicone, FKM/VT (Fluororubber), FSIL/FVMQ (Fluorosilicone Rubber), ACM & AEM (Acrylate Rubber), NR (Natural Rubber), IR (Isoprene Rubber), SBR (Styrene - Butadiene Rubber), IIR (Butyl Rubber), CR (Chloroprene Rubber), Aflas/FEPM/PTFE (Tetrapropylene Fluororubber), FFKM (Perfluoroelastomer), PU (Polyurethane Rubber).

  - Regular orders can be completed within 2 weeks. For special orders, both parties will negotiate. Urgent orders can be expedited through negotiation.

  - The factory area is 6000 ㎡. The sales volume in 2023 was 40 million yuan, and the target for 2024 is to exceed 60 million yuan.
