According to CCTV News, the 11th typhoon of this year, "Yang Liu" (tropical storm), was formed in the western Pacific Ocean this morning (on the 8th). At 5 o'clock this morning, its center was located about 2,550 kilometers east of Hualien City in Taiwan Province, at a latitude of 19.5 degrees north and a longitude of 145.9 degrees east. The maximum wind speed near the center was 8 levels (18 meters per second), and the minimum air pressure was 1000 hectopascals. The radius of the 7-level wind zone was 120 to 220 kilometers.
It is expected that "Yang Liu" will move northwest at a speed of 15 to 20 kilometers per hour, and its intensity will gradually strengthen, gradually approaching the eastern waters of Taiwan.
