The Typhoon Danais has caused heavy rain in Xiamen recently.

Affected by the peripheral circulation of Typhoon Danas, it is expected that there will be a heavy rain event in Xiamen from the 9th to the 12th. The strongest precipitation period occurs on the 10th and 11th, with a total rainfall of 100 to 140 millimeters across the city, with some areas reaching up to 180 millimeters. The maximum hourly rainfall intensity is 40 to 60 millimeters.
